Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, disease management, and nutrition-related topics.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in clinical nutrition to provide the highest level of care.
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
- Experience in clinical nutrition, patient education, and healthcare team collaboration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
