Your Job:
In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Registered Dietitian position is to complete patient screening, assessment, reassessment, care plan development, and nutrition education to patients and/or family members. The Registered Dietitian regularly communicates with physicians and other disciplines to ensure patients receive quality nutrition care.
Your Job Requirement:
• Undergraduate degree meeting academic requirements, successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program and eligible to take the American Dietetic Registration Exam
• Master’s Degree meeting academic requirements and successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program, with six months experience in Clinical Nutrition and eligible to take the American Dietetic Registration Exam, preferred
• Registered/licensed dietitian
• Possesses nutrition counseling experience of Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes, and a thorough understanding of the American Dietetic Association/American Diabetes Association diabetes nutrition guidelines.
