Overview

Great Strides Rehabilitation, a part of the H2 Health family of brands, is seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with special needs in our outpatient clinics.


Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing physical therapy services to children with special needs in our outpatient clinics
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements

To be successful as a Pediatric Physical Therapist at Great Strides Rehabilitation, you will need:

  • An active license to practice Physical Therapy
  • Eligibility to apply for PT license in the next 3 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for providing high-quality care to children with special needs
