Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Great Strides Rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children with special needs, providing individualized therapy sessions to help them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and in life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to children with special needs, including assessment, planning, and implementation of treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each child
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in occupational therapy, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into practice
Requirements
  • Active license to practice occupational therapy in the state of employment
  • Eligibility to apply for OT license in the next 3 months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for working with children and families
