About the Role


MultiCare Health System is seeking a skilled Specialty Surgery Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and dedicated environment.



Responsibilities



  • Providing inpatient and outpatient management for surgical breast oncology patients, including postoperative care, breast cancer risk assessment, and minimally invasive office procedures.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Assessing patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant medical guidelines and regulations.


Requirements



  • A valid Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment.
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.


Compensation and Benefits


The estimated salary range for this position is $133,000.00 per year, based on national averages and local market conditions.
