Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador and embody the Sprinkles culture – greet guests with a positive attitude and be attentive to their needs.
  • Learn and implement company policies and procedures with enthusiasm as instructed by trainers and managers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to Sprinkles guidelines.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with care and a friendly demeanor.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless Sprinkles Experience for all guests.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks as outlined in daily and weekly checklists.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment in both the service area and dining space.
  • Report to work as scheduled and meet all job requirements throughout your shift.
  • Package and present cupcakes and other baked goods as needed.
  • Pay close attention to detail when executing tasks, ensuring precision in every aspect of our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for the Sprinkles brand and its products.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a steady pace.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds, including trays of cupcakes, batter, and frosting, as well as bags of purchases.
  • Comfortable moving around the bakery, including bending and reaching for items.
