Bakery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorate Cakes and Pastries: Use your creativity and skills to decorate cakes and pastries for special occasions and everyday sales.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the bakery area is clean and safe for our customers and associates.
• Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with other associates to ensure that we are meeting our sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about our products.

Requirements:

• 6 Months of Experience: 6 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
• High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
