Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Admissions Counselor Senior to join our team. The successful candidate will meet with and counsel prospective students regarding all aspects of the admission/enrollment process, evaluate graduate applicant files, and perform all admission-related duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective students to discuss admission requirements and process
  • Evaluate graduate applicant files to determine basic admissibility and completeness
  • Perform all admission-related duties, including communication with graduate programs and departments
  • Coordinate the review and admission of special populations
  • Participate as an active member of the Graduate Admissions Office
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year plus of experience in public relations or public contact work
  • Excellent communication skills, data entry skills, and ability to accurately evaluate/process detailed information
