- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, including business and financial analysis, process optimization, and data management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and PC skills, with experience in database and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Previous experience in process improvement, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Working knowledge of energy efficiency, electric vehicle, and solar programs, with a strong understanding of the clean energy landscape.
- Prior experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on translating business needs into technical requirements.
