Your Role:

In this pivotal position, you will take on technical leadership within the team responsible for the architecture, development, and management of the Marketing Platform. Collaboration with Engineers, Product Managers, and Executives across the organization will be essential as you create a strategic roadmap and execute projects aimed at delivering a comprehensive, multichannel marketing solution that integrates and leverages data across various digital touchpoints, ultimately enhancing marketing return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently and collaboratively interpret business requirements, designing and implementing core components for a sophisticated marketing automation platform.
  • Develop application code that meets product specifications.
  • Maintain high product quality through thorough code reviews and unit testing.
  • Address bugs and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Take ownership of significant product components throughout the design and implementation phases.

Your Impact:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing scalable, robust software platforms using Java, Ruby, Python, or similar programming languages.

  • Strong communication skills are crucial for success in a large, distributed development team environment.
  • Experience in the Advertising Attribution domain is advantageous.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience with J2EE technology, Python, or an equivalent object-oriented paradigm.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, Airflow, and NoSQL databases such as Aerospike, Thrift, CI, and AWS.
  • Familiarity with SQL languages.
  • Experience with container-based solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong object-oriented programming and design capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • A willingness and eagerness to learn new skills and embrace new challenges.
