Job Title: Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at Acuity International. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing healthcare services to our clients in Iraq.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering healthcare services, treating patients, and working under the direction of a Physician, Surgeon, or Anesthetist. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides medical care in a variety of settings, including small medical/trauma hospitals and large medical/trauma hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide chart review standards and processes
  • Provide expectations to staff along with performance evaluations
  • Ensure facility environment care, including maintaining med lab equipment
  • Hand carry meals for hospitalized patients, as directed by the responsible CMO
  • Document care delivered and follow-up care required
  • Attend and participate in meetings to improve quality and outcomes
  • Operate personal computer to access email, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software
  • Hold a NCCPA certification or AANP/ANCC certification
  • Have a valid US Passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration
Requirements:
  • Must sign an International Assignment Agreement (IAA)
  • Shall be proficient in English language and communication
  • Shall demonstrate proficiency in basic word processing programs and Acuity Medical Management Systems software
  • Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be medically and dentally fit
  • No conditions that would prevent the wear of personal protective equipment
