**Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise a team of Quality Leaders and Technicians to ensure that parts are defect-free.
  • Manage stamping plants, create schedules, authorize overtime, and handle hiring and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other quality departments, including PPAP, CMM, and Audits.

**Requirements:**

  • Overseeing quality techs and auditors.
  • Blueprint reading.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Mics, calipers, and gages.
  • GD&T.

**Soft Skills:**

  • Leadership.
  • Scheduling and time management.
  • Training and coaching.
  • Continuous improvement.

**Job Type:**

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 months.

**Work Environment:**

This is a stamping environment. It is very loud and can be very hot in the summer. Candidates must wear work boots, hard sole shoes, and long pants. Tank tops are not allowed.
