About the Role

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food products. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and ensure that all team members are working together to meet McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor performance during shifts and take action to ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
  • Manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
