We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer to deliver top-notch training programs utilizing cutting-edge instructional platforms. As a Training Specialist I, you will develop in-depth knowledge of our software products and execute tailored training plans to educate users on product features, troubleshooting techniques, and navigation.

  • Conduct or co-facilitate product and software orientation and training programs for employees and clients
  • Help participants assimilate knowledge, present common troubleshooting issues and resolutions, and guide them in effective client communications
  • Execute individual and group training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc.
  • Meet established training schedules and project and go-live implementation timelines, including set-up and run-through trainings
  • Respond to product and software functionality and set-up questions
  • Research and resolve software or product issues, escalating unresolved issues to appropriate individuals as needed
  • Facilitate instruction through web-based course content, online webinars, in-person instructor-led courses, and individual coaching sessions
  • Instruct participants on technology, product, and industry knowledge
  • Communicate subject matter effectively by understanding the needs of the audience and tailoring the session to the target audience
  • May create course content and ancillary training materials according to defined learning objectives

Salary Range: $30.29 - $33.65 per hourKey Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, finance, computer engineering, or related area; or an equivalent combination
  • Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and teach/coach others
  • People-focused with the ability to build rapport
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods
