About the Job

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, various health insurance options, retirement benefits, and more.
