Clinical Care Specialist

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in our mission by providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination across all disciplines.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, maintaining accurate records and minimizing errors.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • BLS Provider certification required; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
