We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Development Professional to join our team at Stateline Boys & Girls Clubs. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and implementing youth programs and activities that promote educational growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning: Develop and implement youth programs and activities that align with the Boys & Girls Club's Youth Development Strategy.
  • Safe and Positive Climate: Ensure a safe and positive environment for all members at all times.
  • Program Implementation: Deliver high-quality programs and activities that engage and motivate youth.
  • Guidance: Provide guidance and support to club members, recognizing and addressing potential issues.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records, manage supplies, and report daily to the Unit Director and Program Director.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • CPR / First-Aid Training
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of youth development
  • Ability to motivate youth and implement positive behavior intervention
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents, vendors, and community
  • Ability to review lessons, plan, and implement quality programs for youth
  • Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
