Ennoble Care is a leading provider of mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice services. Our team of clinicians delivers high-quality care to patients in their homes, ensuring a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Care Provider to join our team in the Atlanta, Georgia area. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients, working closely with our clinicians to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases, including geriatric patients.
- Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
- Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required).
- Autonomy to provide the best care possible.

- Competitive salary range of $105,000-$145,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives).
