Children's Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) Team. Job Description

This role involves participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to conduct family-centered, strengths-based screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments. You will also educate parents and caregivers on the wide range of children's development across individual, cultural, and community differences.

Your responsibilities will include providing culturally relevant support in the home, natural environment, and/or telehealth, utilizing a coaching model that promotes health, well-being, and development of the whole child. You will also coach parents and caregivers to support culturally relevant routines that promote health, well-being, and development of the child.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have or obtain an OT license in the State of Washington.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification, required.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey thoughts and express ideas effectively using various oral, written, visual, and/or non-verbal skills.
  • Effective listening skills, including the ability to recognize, comprehend, and appreciate various perspectives and diverse points of view.
Benefits

Children's Therapy Center offers equitable and competitive pay commensurate with job-related experience and education. The estimated salary for this position is $51,000 - $68,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and continuing education benefits.
