Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Unit Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and guiding the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborating with physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
- Managing human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and performance management
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Genesis HealthCare's policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing or a related field
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
