Unit Manager/Director - RN Job Description

West Reading Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Manager/Director - RN to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the nursing team to provide exceptional patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:
