Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician to join our team at Nova Medical Centers. As an X-Ray Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures and take X-rays following established protocols.
  • Practice sound procedures that meet or exceed industry standards, ensuring the production of high-quality diagnostic radiographs.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with patient flow process and secure/stock necessary X-ray supplies.
  • Travel to various locations to provide staffing coverage and on-site services.
  • Follow established protocols for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient populations.
  • Apply the Minimal Necessary Standard when accessing protected health information.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and management while performing on-site services.
Requirements
  • Current RT or LXMO license in Active Status.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written form.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work positively among diverse groups of individuals, promoting a "TEAM" environment and "Leads by Example".
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English.
