**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Cook. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to meet the high standards of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Wash, cut, and/or cook vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, poultry, and/or seafood to prepare for use.
* Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to prepare menu items.
* Prepare plates to be served by placing appropriate menu items on the plate.
* Use prep lists to determine production for the day and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

**Requirements**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
