We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Instructional Coach to join our team at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson. As an Instructional Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our teachers and staff, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective curriculum plans that align with our school's mission and goals.
- Professional Development: Provide coaching and support to teachers to enhance their instructional skills and strategies, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of all students.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with the principal and other school leaders to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic excellence and student success.
- Communication and Feedback: Provide regular feedback and coaching to teachers on their instructional practices, and communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement assessment tools and strategies that measure student learning and progress.
- Education and Experience: A graduate degree in Education or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional coaching or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and parents. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Certifications and Licenses: A valid Arizona Administrative Certificate, and a Diocesan Ministry Certification or equivalent.
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to our school's mission and values. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
