Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet all visitors and staff entering the premises, conducting security screenings and notifying relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
2. Ensure that all employees utilize their designated identification badges or security cards upon entry. Assist those who may have misplaced their identification.
3. Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of assigned areas, reporting any suspicious behavior to the appropriate authorities.
4. Monitor security cameras, inspect the premises, and oversee crowd activities.
5. In emergencies, contact law enforcement or fire services as necessary.
6. After operational hours, perform checks on doors and windows to confirm the security of the property.
7. Investigate any reports of unusual activity on the premises.
8. Detain individuals suspected of unlawful actions until law enforcement arrives.
9. Escort unauthorized individuals, including discharged employees and trespassers, off the property.
10. Undertake additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Experience Levels:
LEVEL I: 0-3 years of relevant experience; High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience is preferred. Expected certifications for the role are required. Tasks are straightforward and moderately complex, with detailed instructions typically provided.
LEVEL II: 3-5 years of relevant experience; Associate's or Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expected certifications for the role are required. Responsibilities may vary and require independent decision-making.
LEVEL III: 5+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expected certifications for the role are required. Regularly exercises independent judgment on significant matters.
