Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Toyota production systems and quality assurance manual.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control and quality audit techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, such as automotive drawings and technical standards.
Work Environment

The Quality Control Specialist will work in a standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise levels. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in certain areas. The team member must be able to sit and work on a computer for extended periods and be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Language Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners is essential.Computer/Software

Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office is required.
