Job Title: Forest Dale Golf Relations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Golf Relations Specialist to join our team at Forest Dale Golf Course. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting golf professionals with day-to-day operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to golfers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist golf professionals with tasks such as booking reservations, completing point-of-sale transactions, and expediting play on the golf course.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse interior and grounds, as well as the staging of golf carts.
  • Assist with practice area and driving range operations, including management and maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the smooth operation of the golf course.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the golf industry and golf standards.
  • Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and perform basic accounting tasks.
  • Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Range:

$15.00 per hour.
