Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Golf Relations Specialist to join our team at Salt Lake City. As a Golf Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the golf professionals with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general customer service duties, including answering phone calls and booking reservations for customers.

  • Complete point-of-sale transactions for green fees and merchandise.

  • Ensure golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion.

  • Assist with practice area and driving range operations and management.

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the clubhouse interior and grounds.

  • Expedite play on the golf course, making recommendations to golfers concerning joining other groups and waving other golfers through.

  • Assist in other golf operations as requested.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the golf industry and golf standards.

  • Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.

  • Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our golf course.

Salary: $15.00 per hour
