The ideal candidate will have a level of educational completion as required for faculty status, experience in college teaching, instructional administration, and program planning and development, with a record of increasingly broad responsibilities. An advanced degree in a relevant field of study is preferred, along with five years of experience leading academic departments in a higher education institution. Licenses or certifications may be required depending on programs managed.
