Patient Care Monitor

Health Care Resource Center is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to ensure the overall safety and order of our clinic facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the protection of all employees and patients
- Verify patient identification and maintain a secure waiting area
- Perform crowd control and ensure timely departure of patients
- Report critical incidents and cooperate with authorities as needed
- Respond to calls for assistance and maintain a safe environment
- Document incidents and maintain accurate records
- Attend staff meetings and in-service training as directed
- Maintain professional attire and provide excellent customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in an office/clinic setting
- Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is strongly preferred
- Able to establish a positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a non-judgmental attitude
- Satisfactory drug screen and background check
