Job Title: Patient Care Monitor/Greeter

Health Care Resource Center is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to ensure the overall safety and order of our clinic facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Protect the well-being of employees and patients by maintaining a secure environment.
  • Verify patient identification and ensure orderly waiting lines.
  • Perform crowd control and prevent loitering on premises.
  • Respond to emergencies and report critical incidents to management.
  • Document incidents and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed and maintain professional attire.
  • Attend staff meetings and in-service training as directed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in an office/clinic setting.
  • Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is preferred.
  • Able to establish a positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and background check.
