Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take Orders and Manage Inventory: Take orders from guests, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work as a Team: Work collaboratively with other bartenders, servers, and hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of high-volume bar experience required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol, and hold a Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of guests. The ability to work in a team environment and multitask is essential. The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 45 pounds, and pushing/pulling carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds.
