Role Summary:

We are in search of dynamic individuals with a strong background in management and leadership within the retail and convenience sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for all patrons.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer and team member concerns.

  • Analyze financial reports to maintain and improve store profitability.
  • Oversee daily task assignments and performance evaluations for all team members.
  • Manage daily operational paperwork, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Schedule labor and manage team shifts efficiently.
  • Conduct business with integrity, honesty, and respect.
  • Foster relationships with local community partners to enhance store visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to drive positive change through coaching and team development.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
