CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry Unit at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and coordinate patient care using the nursing process
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics
- Graduate of an accredited RN training program
- Current California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum one year recent experience in an acute care setting
- Preferred experience in critical care or telemetry setting
This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek, working 12-hour shifts from 6:45am to 7:15pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
