In this role, you will assist with the completion of information security requirements and deliverables related to eDiscovery and Legal Hold requests affecting cloud and on-premises identity and access management systems and data storage systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the implementation of eDiscovery tools and workflows.
- Process, load, and export data of various types using eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Proofpoint, and Veritas Discovery Accelerator.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered in the job.
- Receive and track media (Internal/External hard drives).
- Organize and perform file transfers and shipments.
- Coordinate and document security requirements and processes across all Technology Risk & Security Management (TRSM) teams.
- Escalate risks/concerns/issues to management when Security is being compromised, removed, or eliminated.
- Perform activities including planning and tracking any assigned projects and key task dates to management or other eDiscovery staff.
- Communicate with customers and management to ensure customers' requirements are met and in compliance with company standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years eDiscovery work experience.
- Working experience with Relativity or other eDiscovery Platforms.
- Experience in Encase and forensic tools. Experience working in the M365 Purview Platform a plus.
- Requires excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Possesses a desire and ability to learn new technologies.
- Demonstrates integrity and strong judgement skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers, peers, and management effectively.
