Job Overview

CPS Recruitment is seeking a Program Coordinator for Fellowship Initiatives to join a vital medical office. This role is crucial for the efficient management of daily operations within the division and plays a key role in supporting the Fellowship/Residency Program.


Compensation

The compensation for this Program Coordinator for Fellowship Initiatives position is $33/hr, based on experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone communications, welcome visitors, and handle incoming correspondence.
  • Oversee trainee schedules and process timesheets for residents in training.
  • Draft and distribute communications for the Department, acting as a liaison between the Program Director, residents, and faculty.
  • Engage with other Department Chiefs regarding various initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Amion, and MedHub is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
