Eat'n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Management Trainee. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Greeting customers and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Understanding and practicing all safety procedures at the restaurant
  • Hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Role modeling and holding team members accountable to operational and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all essential job duties within the restaurant, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Effective management and conflict resolution skills
  • Computer skills, including MS Office and point of sale systems
