Key Responsibilities- Provide daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of the care plan.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
