$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, supporting the hospital's quality goals and service excellence principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital signs measurement, documentation, and Point of Care testing.
- Support clinical operations and decisions related to treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to foster a therapeutic relationship.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, families, and staff through continuous monitoring and additional activities as assigned.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma/GED and completion of a program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse. You should also possess Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
