Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at HumanEdge Allied Health. This is a unique opportunity to work in a school-based setting, providing care and support to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care and support to students and staff in a school setting
- Collaborate with the health clerk to manage the health room and ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for students with medical needs
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure seamless care and support
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards
Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher in Nursing
- 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
