About the Role

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the quality of data received from various sources to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain data models to ensure data is stored in a well-organized and easily accessible manner.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve data quality issues that impact operations.
  • Design and implement processes to improve data quality, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data quality standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to track data quality issues and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing data support to data engineering and ETL teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL testing.
  • Proficiency in Python and Pyspark Scripting.
  • Ability to work closely with highly technical IT database, development, and infrastructure staff.
  • Experience working with IT development teams and infrastructure support organizations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new methods and requirements.
