**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and operational compliance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train front-of-house team members to meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Ensure that employees follow company standards and policies, promoting a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to plan short- and long-term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
  • Manage direct reporting to the General Manager related to financial, business, and administrative matters.

**Requirements:**

  • At least two years of bar or restaurant operations management experience.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
  • High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service and experience delivery skills.
  • Previous associate management experience, including assisting with recruitment efforts and inspiring staff through ongoing training initiatives.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
