Job Title: RF Systems Performance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Systems Performance Engineer to join our team at Innova Solutions. As an RF Systems Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RF systems that meet the performance requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement RF systems that meet performance requirements
  • Perform radio engineering evaluations for system planning and site acquisition
  • Evaluate coverage problems and requirements for coverage and capacity cells
  • Utilize propagation tools and other RF related equipment for site candidate comparison, propagation and coverage review and selection
  • Review of cell sites and design for upgrades/modifications
  • Design in-building systems in iBwave
  • Creates search areas and reviews search area candidates within geographic area by taking into consideration performance issues, capacity, topography, and population
  • Working with the performance team to improve Key Performance Indicators within the area of interest
  • Prepare necessary zoning justification packages and regulatory filings for sites
  • Works closely with real estate team to increase efficiency, minimize cost, and streamline processes related to site acquisition, leasing, and zoning submissions
  • Conduct RFE analysis, generate required reports and documents, and ensure 100% compliance to RFE mitigation standards within the allotted time frame
  • Determine the required antennas for planned frequencies and their optimal positions
  • Determine the required cable, antennas, and equipment to implement macro and small cell wireless network clusters
  • Automate processes when opportunities arise and share information with the teams
Requirements:
  • Advance Experience & demonstrated ability to use Atoll, iBwave & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred Tools experience iBwave certification, Fuze, Roof master, SQL, Visio, Ericsson performance tools, Visual Basic (macro creation)
