Our innovative approach places family caregivers at the forefront of care delivery, addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) from within the household. Aidaly equips family caregivers with the necessary training, support, and compensation to deliver high-quality care at home. By integrating technology with human support, Aidaly's platform empowers families to keep their loved ones in their homes and communities longer while addressing a critical homecare workforce shortage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the site team, managing contracted city teams and future Aidaly personnel.
  • Manage the caregiver onboarding process in the Phoenix market, including intake calls, document collection, eligibility verification, and training coordination.
  • Develop and enhance existing processes and systems, collaborating with product and engineering teams as necessary.
  • Propose staffing plans that align with growth objectives.
  • Build relationships with families by providing information at community events and resource fairs.
  • Establish partnerships with local organizations to promote awareness and enthusiasm about Aidaly.
  • Work with Central Ops and Aidaly Care staff to implement the Clinical and Lab training program in accordance with state requirements.
  • Ensure the availability of equipment and instructional materials for in-person training.
  • Facilitate programming, training, and support services for local family caregivers.
  • Manage profit/loss and growth key performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving with minimal supervision.
  • 5+ years of experience in nursing, education, management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills to create effective processes and systems.
  • Experience in planning and leading community initiatives and events.
  • Exceptional execution skills, unwavering determination, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ownership and pride in your work.
  • Mission-driven with a compassionate approach.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
