Opportunity Summary

Inalab Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Agile Team Facilitator to join our team, focusing on delivering Functional Area Professional Services to the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). The Agile Team Facilitator will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the Agile team in understanding and applying the fundamental values and principles of Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor the Agile team in the foundational values and principles of Agile.
  • Facilitate meetings and ceremonies integral to the Scrum Master role within an Agile framework.
  • Oversee essential meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in project management and Agile task management tools, including but not limited to the Atlassian suite, Azure DevOps, Rational Team Concert, Rally, and ServiceNow.
  • Assist the Agile team in overcoming obstacles to delivery and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Agile facilitation within government projects.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading Agile teams through significant transformations.
  • Expertise in SAFe methodologies.
  • Engagement in LACE initiatives.
