We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving calls, determining the nature of the caller's business, and directing them to the correct department. You will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones and greet prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
