Key Responsibilities:
As the Manager of Global Internal Audit, you will oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of global audit initiatives. Your role will include:
- Leading audit projects, ensuring adherence to quality and consistency standards.
- Providing expert guidance on continuous improvement in audit methodologies and reporting.
- Managing multiple audit assignments while offering advisory support to management.
- Conducting risk assessments and contributing to the development of the audit strategy.
- Delivering training and mentorship to audit team members.
Essential Duties:
In this role, you will:
- Supervise audit procedures, identifying issues and documenting processes.
- Communicate project status and audit findings to stakeholders.
- Implement analytical solutions for high-risk audit areas.
- Coordinate training for guest auditors.
- Support the Global Internal Audit Leadership Team in operational planning and staff development.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is advantageous.
- CPA or CA certification.
- A minimum of six years of experience in auditing or related fields, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
