Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor of Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis to join our faculty team at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. This is a part-time position that will involve teaching, research, and service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Applied Behavior Analysis, including online and hybrid delivery modes.
  • Develop and maintain a research program in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a focus on mentorship and collaboration with students.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum and academic programs in Psychology and ABA.
  • Participate in departmental and institutional service activities, including committee work and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology, with a focus on ABA.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Louisiana or eligibility.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification or eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Teaching experience in Applied Behavior Analysis at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Research mentorship experience.
  • Experience teaching online and hybrid delivery modes.
