Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families? The Emerge Center is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team.

Your Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for delivering ABA-based programming and services in both clinic and school settings. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing individualized treatment plans and conducting assessments to maximize each child's potential
  • Maintaining meticulous treatment records and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed promptly
  • Providing regular updates to parents and caregivers, keeping them informed of their child's progress
  • Training and supervising Registered Line Technicians (RLTs), guiding them toward certification and excellence in their roles
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to strategic planning for our ABA program
  • Upholding the highest standards of professional conduct, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and licensure as a Louisiana Behavior Analyst
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA-based treatment plans
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
