We are offering a $3,000 Sign-On bonus (to be paid out throughout the first year of employment).

Rehabilitation services are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence and bridging the transition from illness to wellness at home and community, by emphasizing the restoration of mobility and function.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist the Licensed Physical Therapist in providing quality Physical Therapy services, including resident/patient/client treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife Facilities/Agencies.

The territory for this position includes Butler, Zelienople, Mars, Evans City, Ellwood City.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
  • Maintains current PA License as a Physical Therapist Assistant, including meeting continuing education requirements.
